The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have activated the Exam City & Date intimation link for MI categories on Sept 3, 2025. Registered candidates can log in on their regional RRB website to see the city, date and shift of the Single-Stage Computer-Based Test (CBT). Key dates

Exam City/Date link: Live from Sept 3, 2025

CBT window: Sept 10–12, 2025

E-call letters (admit cards): Available T-4 days (exactly four days before your exam date) Direct link to Exam City (MI)

Use your regional RRB site (e.g., Chandigarh, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, etc.). Look for “Exam City & Date Intimation — MI Categories (CEN …)” on the home page.

How to download your RRB Exam City 2025 slip

Visit your regional RRB website.

Click Exam City & Date (MI Categories).

Enter Registration No. and Password/DoB.

Submit to view your city, date & shift; download/print the slip.

Return T-4 days before exam to download the e-call letter (admit card).

Exam pattern & next stages

Stage 1: Single-Stage CBT (objective).

Stage 2 (as applicable): Translation Test / Performance Test / Teaching Skill Test.

Followed by Document Verification and Medical Examination.

RRBs may conduct CBT in single or multi-stage mode depending on administrative needs. Important notes

The Exam City slip is not the admit card; carry the e-call letter downloaded 4 days prior to your exam.

Check the slip for reporting time, shift and any special instructions.
